What we need for an accurate quote

• Property postcode, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and any additional rooms.
• Current condition, with photographs where possible.
• Whether the property will be empty and whether water and electricity are available.
• Required tasks, including any oven, fridge or cupboard interiors.
• Carpeted rooms needing shampooing, plus stairs or landings.
• Preferred date, handover deadline and access or key instructions.

Keep the cleaning scope clear

Appliance interiors, carpet shampooing, inside cupboards and other additional tasks are not automatically included. Identify them when requesting a quote so we can confirm the work and price. Tell us about any inventory checklist or particular areas needing attention.

Cleaning cannot guarantee a tenancy deposit outcome, which also depends on the tenancy, property condition and other matters outside the cleaning service. Our role is to complete the agreed cleaning tasks.

Access and arrangements

Confirm who is authorised to arrange the clean, who provides entry and who should be contacted when the work is completed. Let us know about parking, alarms, restricted access and any inspection arrangements before the visit. For several properties, send the addresses, service requirements and preferred dates so we can discuss availability.
